Variable capacity compressors are adopted in front and terminal treatment sections, with stepless energy regulating. The unit recovers runner regenerated exhaust heat. It reduces electric heating power consumption and heat discharge, which is energy saving and environmental-friendly. With integrated design, external connected duct for regenerated exhaust heat is not needed.

The unit has integrated intelligent control function. Touch screen can display and control the air status parameters of all processing nodes. The advanced programmable logic controller (PLC) can be used to control the temperature and relative humidity simultaneously. 11. Supply air RH
The unit is divided into two types according to the relative humidity of the supply air:
φ= 50%～10% for low humidity type
φ= 20%～1% for ultra low humidity type
