Shenling integrative VOCs condensate & recovery unit adopts mechanical refrigeration and multistage continuous cooling to reduce VOCs temperature. Heat exchange happens between refrigerant and volatile gas in specially designed heat exchanger. Refrigerant takes the heat from volatile gas and makes its temperature reaching dew point correspondent to different specified pressure. The organic volatile gas is condensed into liquid status and separated from air. The process is continuous, and the condensed gas is charged into tank directly without secondary pollution. Then the low temperature clean air reaches ambient temperature by heat exchange, and finally discharged from terminal.
The unit is applicable in VOCs treatment, related with petrochemicals, synthetic materials, plastic products, coating equipments, package prints etc. It can not only treat volatile gas safely and improves oil/gas consumption efficiency, but also bring considerable benefits to employer.
BZCK series is designed according to new national standards GB20950-2007 Air Pollutant Emissions from Oil Storage and GB31571-2015 Petrochemical Industry Emission Standards, etc.

Performance and Features
1. Essentially safe and explosion-proof
The whole unit is certified by Nanyang Explosion Institute, and all the components are explosive-proof, and each component is certified as explosive-proof. The alarm apparatus for combustible gas and poisonous gas can be set in the unit internal device, to check the leakage of combustible & poisonous gas in time.
2. Environmental Zero Emission
Shenling integrative VOCs condensate & recovery unit can match various purification craft, to achieve the exhaust air artwork treatment such as condensation, adsorption, catalytic oxidation and ozone purification, etc, can realize long-term steady near to zero emission, meanwhile the concentration inspector can be set on the device, which can realize the function of on-line concentration inspection, and meet the requirement of strict request for exhaust gas of the country.
The refrigerating compressor uses world-renowned brand semi-closed piston compressor or semi-closed screw compressor. The explosion mode is flame-proof type or safety increase type, which features as high efficient in cooling, steady and reliable operation, simple and fast maintenance, long service life; The unit is designed as explosive-proof, can be working safely in the environment with explosive gas.
Designed with pressure vessel, the pressure loading is up to 10Bar, can ensure the safety of the evaporator at the condition of steam explosion, with excellent safe performance of explosion-proof. The core of evaporator is dismountable construction, easy for maintenance and clean, can provide various types such as plate type, fin and tube type, shell and tube type etc.

VOCs recovery device has self-motion/hand control mode for optional, and self-motion includes two modes: Working and Standby.
